First Baptist Atlanta’s beautiful and open spaces allow for a unique approach to this year’s exhibits. Please review the information carefully to choose the exhibit area best for you.

Vendor registration opens August 1, 2025. Deadline for reservations is Friday, October 3, 2025.

Premier Exhibit

COST: $750 (Limited to 6 vendors)

  • Located along the wall between the North Entrance and Central Rotunda in the high-traffic hall leading to and from the main parking area used for this year’s Annual Meeting
  • 10’ wide spaces, not to exceed 4’ from the wall
  • Allows for popup backdrops
  • Electricity available by request
  • 8’ tables and chairs available upon request at time of reservation
  • Your fee includes exhibit space and up to two attendees

Plus Exhibit

COST: $650 (Limited to 9 vendors)

  • Located along walls in the halls leading from Central Rotunda to the “Warehouse” (Exhibit Hall)
  • 10’ wide spaces, not to exceed 4’ from the wall
  • Allows for popup backdrops
  • Electricity available by request
  • 8’ tables and chairs available upon request at time of reservation
  • Your fee includes exhibit space and up to two attendees

COST: $400 (30 spaces available)

  • Located in the Warehouse
  • 8’ wide x 6’ deep spaces
  • Allows for popup backdrops (maximum 8’ wide) and interactive experiences
  • Electricity available by request
  • 8’ tables and chairs available upon request at time of reservation
  • Your fee includes exhibit space and up to two attendees

CONDITIONS & EXPECTATIONS

  • Completing registration is an understanding and acceptance of all policies, conditions, or expectations stated here and upon registration. 100% of fee is due at registration (no deposits); however, in the event a vendor is not accepted, 100% of registration fee will be refunded.
  • Exhibitors will receive a confirmation of application and then an acceptance or rejection of their registration.
  • All exhibitors must have complementary products/services to GBC/SBC and not in competition with the Georgia Baptist Mission Board.
  • All exhibitors must have theology and practices that are mainstream within GBC/SBC. Determination of this will be left up to GBMB leadership. The GBMB reserves the right to reject a registration/vendor for any reason.
  • No donor development or solicitation for donations, gifts, etc. is allowed, except for the Cooperative Program and Mission Georgia (given through GBMB).
  • Booth configurations are limited based on location. Displays should not be positioned on tables or obstruct views of other vendors.
  • Meals are the responsibility of each vendor.
  • Exhibitor location will be at GBMB’s discretion based on final layout, total exhibitors, and attempt to provide even traffic for all vendors.
  • Displays must be staffed during all exhibit hours.
  • We encourage giveaways such as pens, trinkets, books, apparel, etc., along with candy or snacks.
